Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do with ProtoJoint, and in particular to the AI features, whose model providers' usage policies (for Anthropic, its Usage Policy) apply as well.
Do not use ProtoJoint to
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- design, or ask the AI to help design, weapons, explosives, or other things meant to cause serious harm;
- harass, deceive or harm others, or produce content that does;
- get around the limits of your plan: share an account or an API key, resell access, make several accounts for more trials, invitations or referral rewards, or use cards or identities that are not yours;
- interfere with the Service: probe or attack it, overload it, scrape it, or get around its security, limits or bot checks;
- copy or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it, or use the AI's answers to build a competing AI model.
What happens if you do
We may refuse a request, pause the AI features, cancel promotions or rewards obtained this way, or suspend or close the account, and we may report illegal activity. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and let you explain.
